Yes — $300/month per venue. No per-seat fees, no per-app upgrades, no surprise charges. Public discount codes can bring it down further (up to 66% off with PILOT200).
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Sign up and you get full access to every app for 30 days. No credit card required to start. We'll send a reminder before the trial ends — cancel anytime from the billing portal if it's not the right fit.
What's actually included today?
Inventory (barcode scan, room counts, real-time shelf dollar value, reorder list), Member Kiosk with sponsored categories, Reservations, Events with BEO, Scheduling, Team Chat, Member Database, and Reports. What's NOT included yet?
Being upfront: POS integration, sales-based shrinkage math, automated invoicing, and house-account billing are on the roadmap but not shipping today. If any of those are non-negotiable for you right now, say so on the demo call and we'll be straight with you about timing. Founding customers get roadmap items at no extra cost when they ship.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts or commitments. Cancel from your billing portal and your access continues to the end of the current period. No cancellation fee, no exit interview.
What about onboarding and data migration?
Alejandro (the founder) personally sets up your inventory items, rooms, members, and recurring schedules during your trial. Most venues are fully running within a week. If you're coming from a spreadsheet, send it over and we'll import it.
Do you offer custom development?
Yes — through InvyEasy Labs. If you need something beyond the platform (like a specific POS integration or house-account billing today), Labs builds custom software on top of the SaaS. Get in touch on the demo call to scope it.
Do you work with independent bars, not just clubs?
Yes. Everything except the kiosk's member sign-in works standalone. Independent bars use the inventory app, staff scheduling, team chat, and reports. Reservations and events are also fully usable without membership tables.
How do discount codes work?
Click one of the code chips in the pricing card above to auto-apply, or type your code manually. All 20 public codes are live in Stripe and range from 10% off to 66% off (plus REFERRAL which gives $100 off the first month). Some codes have caps (VIP, pilot, and beta are limited to 10–50 spots).
