Paper bookings, no member loyalty.
Luisa was running her spa on text messages, a paper calendar, and Square. No way to see member history, no recurring guests, no review pipeline, no easy check-in.
The Build
Native iOS, member-first.
We shipped an iOS app where members book multi-service appointments, get a QR check-in code, pay through Stripe, and track their wellness journey — all wrapped in Luisa's brand palette.
The Result

Luisa stopped chasing texts. Members rebook themselves. The QR check-in cleared 10+ minutes off every visit. Review prompts turned satisfied members into new ones.

In-app POS + Stripe
Luisa charges members directly through the iPad — pre-paid bookings, in-spa add-ons, and tips all flow through Stripe with receipts emailed instantly.
Review prompts + community
Post-visit review nudges, an opt-in community email list, and a wellness "journey" card that tracks treatments over time — built to deepen the member relationship.
