Seven workflows. Five tools. Zero sync.
Country clubs were running on inventory spreadsheets, paper reservation books, group texts for staff, and separate POS. Nothing talked. Owners couldn't see the picture.
The Build
One multi-tenant platform.
We shipped a single Next.js + Supabase platform with seven integrated apps, iOS + Android mobile apps, a member kiosk, and a brand-sponsorship marketplace. All scoped by org via RLS.
The Result
Live at MCGC. Growing.
Morris County Golf Club — 132 years old, 569 members — runs on InvyEasy. Inventory counts dropped from 3 hours to 40 minutes. Event BEOs auto-link to staff + rooms. New revenue from brand sponsors.
